Ticketing for venues and promoters

Every seat, from on‑sale to the door.

A complete ticketing platform: seat maps, a fair queue for the big on‑sales, card payments paid to your own account, a box office for walk‑ups and a scanner at the door. Built to be run by you, and to feel to fans like it was.

English and Spanish throughout. No app download required to buy, hold or scan a ticket.

The night that matters

Built for the on‑sale rush

Most ticketing falls over in the first ninety seconds of a big on‑sale, and fans blame the venue. Here the queue runs on its own infrastructure, so one hot show never slows anyone else's, and no amount of refreshing buys a better place in line.

  1. 1

    Fans ask to be reminded

One tap on a coming‑soon show. One email when the queue opens, then never again.

  2. 2

    The lobby opens

Everyone who arrives early waits together. Bots are turned away by a challenge they can't pass.

  3. 3

    On‑sale

At the exact moment, every lobby member gets a random place in line. Refreshing, extra tabs, arriving early: none of it helps.

The line drains at a smart pace

Buyers are admitted at a rate a controller adjusts live, so the seat map stays fast and people aren't all fighting over one row.

    Pick seats, one timer

A real seat map with tiers, accessible seating and companion seats. Holds run on one clock for the whole cart.

    Pay, and the tickets arrive

Card payment with the total shown up front. Tickets land in the inbox with a QR each, and in My Tickets on the phone.

Who it's for

Three jobs, one system

The people buying, the people at the counter and the people running the show each get their own screens, with the same tickets and the same inventory underneath.

For fans

  • Find shows nearby. Search by city or “near me”, in miles in the US and km everywhere else.
  • See the real price first. Face value and fees are shown before anyone commits, and the fees can't change on a buyer mid‑purchase.
  • Pay with a card, safely. Stripe checkout with 3‑D Secure. The venue never handles card numbers.
  • Tickets by email, instantly, with a QR for every ticket, plus a My Tickets page that works on any phone.
  • Send tickets to a friend. The old QR stops working the moment they accept.
  • Their language. Every fan screen in English and Spanish, chosen automatically and remembered.

At the counter

  • Sell walk‑ups fast. Tap seats on the map or add GA with steppers. Cash or comp, tickets printed on the spot.
  • Will‑call in seconds. Look up any order by name, email or number; reprint a lost ticket with the old one voided.
  • Scan at the door with native iPhone and Android apps that keep working when the signal dies, or from a browser.
  • Duplicates caught. A ticket scans once. A second scan shows when it was used and by whom.
  • Refunds, full or partial, by a manager, with the seats going straight back on sale.
  • Right‑sized permissions. Counter staff sell and reprint. Only managers void or refund.

Running the show

  • Draw the room once. A drag‑and‑drop seat map designer, reused for every event.
  • Price by tier. Paint tiers onto seats, set prices per event, keep them when the map changes.
  • Holds, kills, presales. Hold seats for the artist, kill obstructed ones, run a presale with an access code.
  • Your team, your roles. Owners, managers, promoters and box office each see only what they should.
  • Know what sold the tickets. Branded links with clicks, orders and revenue per campaign.
  • Paid to you. Connect a Stripe account in a few clicks and watch payouts go live.

Under the hood

Boring where it should be

The interesting parts are the seat map and the queue. Everything underneath is chosen so it doesn't need a night shift.

Serverless on AWS

No servers to patch. Capacity scales with the on‑sale and back down after. Deploys are automatic and tested.

Cloudflare at the edge

Bot challenge, rate limits and a web application firewall in front of everything, plus a global CDN for images.

Email that lands

DKIM, SPF and DMARC on the sending domain, bounces handled automatically, one‑click unsubscribe, a published email policy.

Audited, repeatedly

Three independent security audits in 2026, each finding fixed and covered by a regression test.

Sign in your way

Email and password, or Google and Apple. Accounts link automatically on a verified email.

Accessible seating built in

Accessible seats and GA capacity are reserved pools, honoured online and at the counter.

Bilingual by design

English and Spanish today. Adding a language is a translation job, not a rebuild.

An API underneath

Everything the portals do goes through a documented API. Read the API docs.

See it with your own room in it.
