About
Made by people who go to a lot of shows
Tickets is built by a small team that has been to hundreds of concerts: refreshed the on‑sale page at 9:59, stood in the will‑call line with a dead phone, and handed a spare ticket to a friend at the gate. The product is shaped by those nights, from the fan's side of the counter.
What we believe
- The venue should own the relationship. Fans buy from you, get email from you, and are helped by your staff. The platform stays out of the way.
- The price on the page is the price. Fees are shown before anyone commits, not discovered at the last step.
- Fairness is a feature. An on‑sale should reward showing up, not scripting a browser.
- The door is where it counts. Everything upstream exists so that a scan at the gate is fast and right, with no signal, at 7:29.
- Say what's true. No fake countdowns, no invented door times, no “only 3 left” unless there are.
How we work
Every change is reviewed and tested before it ships, and security review is part of the work rather than a step at the end. The product is documented as it is, not as it will be; when something is planned rather than built, the docs say so.
Where things stand
The platform runs today on a demonstration environment with fictional venues and events, which anyone can try. The product name and domain you see are placeholders that will change at launch.
