Platform
What's in the box
One system with five doors: a storefront for fans, a management portal for the venue, a box‑office app for the counter, scanner apps for the gate, and an admin console for the platform. They share one inventory, so a seat sold at the counter disappears from the website in the same instant.
Storefront
Where fans buy
Public, fast, and served from a mirror of your catalogue so a browse never touches the database that runs your on‑sale.
Discovery
Search by name, city or distance. A visitor's location is taken from the network on first visit, then from GPS if they allow it. Distances read in miles in the US and km elsewhere.
Event pages
The show leads: name, date, venue and the artwork you upload, cropped to the focal point you set. Presale and on‑sale times shown in the venue's own time zone.
Remind me
For a show not yet on sale, one tap sets a reminder. It fires as an email the moment the queue opens, in the venue's time, and then never again.
Waiting room
A lobby before the on‑sale, a random shuffle at T0, a drain rate that adapts to load, and a bot challenge on the way in. Runs on its own infrastructure.
Seat picker
The real seat map, coloured by price tier, with accessible and companion seats marked. GA areas with live counts. One timer for the whole cart.
Checkout
All‑in pricing shown before the card form. Stripe payment with 3‑D Secure. Confirmation, then tickets by email with a QR each.
My Tickets
A ticket wallet grouped by show, one big QR at a time, section / row / seat spelled out. Works in a browser, an app, or as a wallet pass.
Transfers
Send seats to a friend by email. They preview before signing up, accept in one step, and the sender's code dies the moment they do.
Two languages
English and Spanish across every screen, chosen from the browser and remembered across visits and subdomains. Emails are in English today.
Management
Where the venue works
Everything from drawing the room to reading the marketing report, with permissions that match how venues are actually staffed.
Seat map designer
Sections, rows, tables, GA areas, stages and labels on a canvas. Per‑seat flags for accessible, companion and obstructed. Versioned, with undo and auto‑save.
Price tiers
Name and colour tiers on the chart, paint them onto seats, then price them per event. Prices survive chart changes.
Holds and kills
Hold blocks of seats for the artist or the press; kill seats you can't sell. GA holds by quantity. All reversible.
Sale phases
A general on‑sale plus any number of presales with access codes, each with its own seat pool, GA allocation and optional price overrides.
Publishing guards
An event can't go live without a chart, a general sale phase and a price on every tier. The system tells you what's missing.
Payouts
Connect your organization's own Stripe account from the team page. Sales route there directly; a status panel shows when payouts are live.
Team
Invite by email. Owners run the organization; managers run venues and events; promoters see their shows and their marketing; box office sells and scans.
Marketing
Branded links per event or venue, click counts, and a report of orders, tickets and revenue by source, medium and campaign. CSV export.
Images
Upload artwork for venues and events, pick the focal point once, and every crop across the site respects it.
Counter and gate
Where the night happens
A separate box‑office app for the counter and native scanner apps for the door, each with just the controls that job needs.
Sell
Seats from the map or a section grid, GA with steppers, cash or comp, optional name and email, and printed QR tickets in one tap. Sells right up to showtime, outside the online queue.
Will‑call
Search by name, email or order number. Reprint a lost ticket (the old code is voided). Managers can void, or refund an order in full or ticket by ticket.
Door
Native iPhone and Android scanners with an offline queue, plus a browser check‑in for a laptop at the gate. One scan admits; a second explains itself.
Transfer history
A per‑show list of who sent what to whom, with status, so “my friend sent me these” is settled at the counter. Email addresses stay masked on the screen.
Guests
Walk‑up buyers get a real order under their email with no account. If they sign up later with that email verified, the tickets appear in their account.
Accessible seating at the counter
The reserved accessible pool is honoured by staff too, so a general sale can never use up seats someone needs.
Platform admin
Where the operator sits
A small console for the people running the platform itself.
Fee rules
Flat or percentage fees with floors and caps, scoped to the platform, an organization or a single event. Buyers always see the total before paying.
Platform settings
Cart and checkout timers, ticket caps per customer, and the tunables behind the queue, in one place, no redeploy.
Disputes
Chargebacks mirrored from Stripe as they happen, with deadlines, the order's delivery and scan history, and a link to the case.
