Ticketing for venues and promoters
A complete ticketing platform: seat maps, a fair queue for the big on‑sales, card payments paid to your own account, a box office for walk‑ups and a scanner at the door. Built to be run by you, and to feel to fans like it was.
English and Spanish throughout. No app download required to buy, hold or scan a ticket.

The night that matters
Most ticketing falls over in the first ninety seconds of a big on‑sale, and fans blame the venue. Here the queue runs on its own infrastructure, so one hot show never slows anyone else's, and no amount of refreshing buys a better place in line.
One tap on a coming‑soon show. One email when the queue opens, then never again.
BeforeEveryone who arrives early waits together. Bots are turned away by a challenge they can't pass.
LobbyAt the exact moment, every lobby member gets a random place in line. Refreshing, extra tabs, arriving early: none of it helps.
T0Buyers are admitted at a rate a controller adjusts live, so the seat map stays fast and people aren't all fighting over one row.
Getting you inA real seat map with tiers, accessible seating and companion seats. Holds run on one clock for the whole cart.
PickingCard payment with the total shown up front. Tickets land in the inbox with a QR each, and in My Tickets on the phone.
ConfirmedWho it's for
The people buying, the people at the counter and the people running the show each get their own screens, with the same tickets and the same inventory underneath.
Under the hood
The interesting parts are the seat map and the queue. Everything underneath is chosen so it doesn't need a night shift.
The platform runs on AWS behind Cloudflare's edge: bot protection, rate limits and a firewall in front, capacity that scales with the on‑sale and back down after.
Security review is part of how the platform is built. Every finding is fixed and pinned by a test so it can't quietly return.
Email and password, or Google and Apple. Accounts link automatically on a verified email.
Accessible seats and GA capacity are reserved pools, honoured online and at the counter.
English and Spanish today. Adding a language is a translation job, not a rebuild.
Receipts, reminders people asked for and security notices. No marketing lists, one‑click unsubscribe, a published email policy.
The demo is live with sample venues and shows. Or send us a seating chart and we'll set up your venue so you can walk an on‑sale end to end.
